RESOLUTION NO. 58-53 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~ARY A. SHEPHERD has presented to the City Council <br />a Grant Deed dated February 10, 1958, in consideration of the pay- <br />ment of $12,500.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL l: The ~[est half of Lots ~leven and Twelve of Geo. W. <br />Ford's Addition to Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in <br />Rook 25, Page 62 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, <br />California. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: The West ?-1/2 feet of the East ~7-1/2 feet of Lots <br />Eleven and Twelve of Geo. W. Ford's Addition to Santa Ana, as <br />shown on a ~ap recorded in Book 2~, Page 62 of Miscellaneous <br />Records of Los Angeles County, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THE~POR~, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said Deed and Carl J.
