RESOLUTI0;i NO. ~,8-62 ORDERIi~G THE VACATION, ABANDONI,,[ENT <br />AND CLOSING OF A PORTION OF A~ UNN.~ED ALLEY i~&R ~E <br />IN~RSECTION OF V~ENCIA STREET AND S~A ANA F~EWAY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore on the 3rd da;f of February, 19~8, the <br />City Council adopted Resolution N~. ~8-26, declaring its intention <br />to vacate a portion of a certain unnamed alley described therein, <br />which said Resolution was published mad posted as required by law; <br /> <br /> '~¢HEREAS, public hearing was duly held on the 3rd day of ~.~arch, <br /> <br />19~8 upon due notice in said Resolution smd <br />tained; <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE, £i IT RESOLVED: That <br />City of Santa Ana hereby finds from all tho <br /> <br />said posted notices con- <br /> <br />~.e City Council of the <br />evidence submitted that <br /> <br />the portion of m~ unnamed ~ ley near the intersection of Valencia <br /> <br />Street and the Santa Ana Freeway, in said Resolution and hereinbelow <br /> <br />described, is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes. <br /> <br />BE IT FURT ER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby makes its <br /> <br />order vacating, abandoning s~d closing up, for street purposes, all <br /> <br />of that portion of an unnsmed al ley in the ~ity of Santa Ana, County <br /> <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />All oI' that certain unnmmed alley being 22 feet wide and <br />running from East to West between Lots 9 and l0 of the <br />Nob Hill Tract, bounded on the East by the Westerly line <br />of Valencia Street, a~ on the West by the ~ortheasterly <br />right-of-way line of Santa ~Lua Freeway. <br /> <br />PASSE0 ~D ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held on the 3rd d~ of. jr!arch, 19~8. ) <br /> <br /> ~[A YO iq / <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORi,iIA ) <br />COUNTY OF 0RA~i~¢, ) SS <br />CITY OF SA!{TA A~A ) <br /> <br /> I, E~,.h~.
