RESOLUTION NO. 58-63 ACCEPTING G~ANT DEEDS GRA~iTING <br />STREET EASEI.~ENTS FOR CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> ?~EREAS, C. A. ESPARZA, aka CARillON A. ESPARZA, and SALUD'ESPARZA <br />have presented to the City a deed granting easement for street pur- <br />poses dated September 23, 1957, in consideration of ~719.00, convey- <br />ing property at the Southeast corner of Halladay and Flora Streets; <br />and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, CHARLIE CA}~RILLO and Y~RIA CAMARILLO have presented to <br />the City a deed dated September 23, 1957, in consideration of p~ment <br />of ~1,250.00 conveying fee title to a lot at the Southwest corner of <br />Halladay Street and Central Avenue; and <br /> <br /> YM{EREAS, 0CTAVIAN0 CAI~LiRILL0 ~d JUANA FLO~S CA~.LiRILL0 have <br />presented to the City a deed dated September 23, 1957, in considera- <br />tion of ~883.00 conveying a street easement along the edges of said <br />lot at the Southeast co~er of ~)elhi Road and Halladay Street; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds <br />and Carl J.
