RESOLUTION NO. 58-66 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JOHN M. GOLD and MARY E. GOLD have presented to the <br />City Council a Grant Deed dated November 4, 1957, in consideration of <br />payment of $1,120.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0 feet of <br />the Westerly 40 feet of the parcel of land described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 6 of Tract No. <br />839, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 25, Page 42, Miscell- <br />aneous Naps, Records of Orange County, California, running <br />thence South parallel to the East line of Bristol Street, 172.23 <br />feet, more or less, to the North line of "Hedges Addition to <br />Santa Ana", as shown on a map recorded in Book 31, Page 48 of <br />Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence <br />West along the North line o f said Hedges Addition, 174.50 feet, <br />more or less, to the center line of Bristol Street; thence North <br />along the center line of Bristol Street to a point which is <br />South 89° 38' 30" West 30 feet from the Southwest corner of Lot <br />5 of said Tract No. 839; thence North 89° 38' 30" East along <br />the South lir~ of said Tract No. 839, 174.50 feet, more or less, <br />to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 43 feet. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said Deed and Carl J.
