~a?~ RESOLUTION NO. ~"~ AUTHORIZING COND~i~NATION~OF CERTAIN R~AL PROPERTY FOR ~{E ~'~IDENING OF DELHI RO~D ON THE NO?ITH SIDE WHEREAS, Delhi Road as it now exists in the City of Santa Ana, California is inadequate in width for the present and future demands of traffic thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 'l~nat the City Couucil of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines md declares that: 1. Public interest and necessity requires the acquisition of an easement for street right-of-way across the real property herein- below described: 2. That said proposed improvement is located in a manner which will be mo st compatible with the greatest public good and the least private injury. That an action in Eminent Domain be filed to take and ac- quire an easement for said purposes and for all the purposes of a public street over and through th~ certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: PARCEL la: The southerly ~.00 feet of the easte~ y 124.00 feet of Lot 6 in Block J of Tract No. 668, as shovm on a map~thereof recorded in Book 20, Page ~, ~iscellaneous ~aps, Records of Orao~e County, Califomia.
