Heinly <br /> CLERK OF T~E COUNCIL <br /> <br />Santa <br /> <br /> , 19 8. <br /> <br />the <br />tion of four driveways on Lot ~, in Tract No. 27~2, after the o~mer <br />of said property had conveyed to the City all rights of vehicular <br />ingress and egress, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of s~d property have delivered to the City <br />a deed reconveying to the City all such rights existing at this time, <br />which was~accepted by Resolution No.~8-~8___ and in exchange therefor <br />should be allowed driveways at different locations to better feed <br />vehicles into the traffic patterns along the margins of said lot; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute that certain deed <br />qmitclaiming to Van S. Pomeroy and Kathryn E. Pomeroy all vehicular <br />access rights over four oortions of Lot ~, in Tract No. 27~2, as <br />shown on a map thereof recorded in ~ook 79, Pages 30 and ~l, which <br />said deed is dated April 7, 19~8, and to deliver the same to the <br />owners of said property. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />
