ltESOLUTION NO. 58'10~CCEPTING EASEMENT I~ED FOR <br />PURPOSE AND GRAN-~-D~D FOR TWO PARCELS SOUTH OF RAITT <br />STREET <br /> <br /> ~S, FAITH EVANGELICAL UNITED BRETHREN CHURCH, a Cal- <br />ifornia Corporation, is developing certain property at the Northwest <br />corner of Fairview Avenue and Raitt Street, and in the process <br />thereof has delivered to the City a deed granting an easement for <br />street purposes for the relocation of Raitt Street and the widening <br />of Fa~ ~view Avenue, and has entered into an agreement with the City <br />to provide street improvements, as required by the Santa Aha Muni- <br />cipal Code, md has delivered to the City a deed granting fee title <br />to two irregularly shaped parcels that remain along the easterly <br />edge of said property cutoff from the main portion thereof, by the <br />relocated Raitt Street; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said <br />deeds, and directs Carl J.
