RESOLUTION NO. 58-106AU~{0RIZING EXECUTION OF A DEED <br />GRANTING EASE~EN-~OR TEE CONSTRUCTION OF AN UNDER- <br />GROUND IRRIGATION PIPELINE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the City received an easement from <br />ANTONE BORCHARD and ANNA A. BORCHA~D, at which time it was agreed <br />that the City would gr~nt a right to mai stain an undergroun~ i~ri- <br />gation line across said easement at the location desired by said <br />Borchards; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, ~ IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a deed granting an <br />easement for the construction and maintenance of an undergroun~ <br />irrigation pipeline over the northerly 15 feet of that said property <br />of the City of Santa Asa, County of Oz~mge, State of California, <br />described as: <br /> <br /> A strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the center line of <br /> said strip beim~ described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point which bears North 1° 00' 20" West <br /> 1359.31 feet fr~m a point on the center line of Talbert <br /> Avenue which bears North 88° ~' 40" East 2009.98 feet <br /> from the intersection of the center lines of said Talbert <br /> Avenue and 01d Fairview Read; thence North 1° 03' 20" <br /> West 771.60 feet, <br /> <br />to Antone Borchard and Anna A.
