RESOLUTION NO. 58-111 RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 56-163 AND <br />DECLARING CHARGES TO BE MADE AT SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL SWI~ING POOLS <br /> <br />THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOW: <br /> <br />That admission charges shall be made for a~m~ssion to Santa Aha ~mlcipal S~i~ing Pools when the same are operated <br /> <br />by the City, for the purpose of partially defrs~ing the cost of operation on the following basis: <br /> <br /> Ail persons 19 yea~ of age, or over, sba11 be charged fifty cents ($.50) <br /> Ail persons under 19 years of age shall be charged twenty-five cents ($.25) <br /> <br />Special rates mw be fixed for instructional purposes, group rental use, and other special uses, at times when <br /> <br />said pool or pools are closed, or during the hours of minimum use. <br /> <br /> Regulations as to the age at which children will be admitted to Municipal Swimming Pools without being accompanied <br /> <br />by an adult, as to conduct in and around such pools, and as to other administrative details, ma~ be declared and en- <br /> <br />forced as directed by ~he Board of Recreation and Parks. <br /> <br />That Resolution No. 56-163 is hereby rescinded and repealed. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha this 21st d~ of April, 1958 at its regular meet- <br /> <br />lng held on that date. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Dale H.
