RESOLUTION N~ ACCEPTING DEED~ WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, HULDA E. ULRICH has presented to the City a deed dated April 29, 1958, granting the East 50 feet of Lots i and 2, and the East 50 feet of the South 3 feet of Lot 3, of George W. Ford's Addition to Santa Aha, in consideration of the payment of $14,250.00, and WHEREAS, JAMES W. CANDr.~ has presented to the City a deed dated April 29, 1958, granting Lot l0 in George W. Ford's Addition to Santa Aha, in consideration of $8,250.00, and WHEREAS, JAMES W. CARLSON and GLADYS M. CARLSON have presented to the City a deed dated April 28, 1958, granting the West 65 feet of Lots 1 and 2 of the West 65 feet of ~e South 3 feet of Lot 3, of George W. Ford's Addition to Santa Aha, in consideration of $15,250.00, and WHEREAS, MARIA BENITA VALDEZ and MARIA MAGDALENA VALDEZ have presented to the City a deed dated April l, 1958, granting the East 50 feet of the West llO feet of the South 20 feet of Lot i of the Bates Tract, in con- sider~tion of the sum of $1,850.00, m d WHEREAS, ALICE I. SCHMID has presented to the City a deed dated April 16, 1958, granting an easement for street purposes over the southerly 20 feet, together with a spandrel of the 50-foot wide lot at the Nor~h- gast corner of Seventeenth and Westwood Streets, in consideration of the sum of $1,725.00, and WHEREAS, B. J. CHANDLER and LOUISE CHANDLER have presented to the ~ City a deed dated April l, 1958, granting an easement for street pur- poses, together with a spandrel shaped parcel on a 15-foot radius, over the southerly 20 feet of a 147.5 foot lot at the Northwest corner of Westwood and Seventeenth Streets, in consideration of the sum of $5,750.00; NOW, T_~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Ss~ta Aha accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's duly authorized agent, is directed ko place on each of said deeds a Certificate of Acceptance, and to cause the same to be recorded through escrow.
