That the said City Council hereby finds and deter- <br />mines further that the ~Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation <br />and Majority Protest Act of 19~l" shall not apply to the making of <br />said improvement. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. ~at the said improvement shall be conducted under <br />the ~provement Act of 1911 which is Division ? of the Streets and <br />Highways Code of the State of Califo~ia, and the City Engineer and <br />the City Attorney hereby are instructed to present to the said City <br />Council the said Resolution of Intention required by said Improvement <br />Act to initiate the proceedings for the improvement. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
