RESOLUTION NO. 58-133 ACCEPTING GRANT. DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING ~ CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, VADA A. FREDERICEB has presented to the City a grant <br /> <br />deed dated May 15, 1958, in consideration of the sum of $11, Ooo.00 <br />conveying Lot 7 of Geo W. Ford's Addition to S~ata Arm, as per map <br />recorded in Book 25, Page 62, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br />County, California, and <br /> <br /> W~HEREAS, JOSE PEREZ and JESUSCITZ PEREZ have presented to the ~/ <br />City a deed dated September 23, 1957 covering an easement for street <br />purposes over the westerly 17.50 feet of the southerly 130 feet of <br />Lot 5, Block C of Emmetts Addition, and a spandrel shaped parcel <br />on the East side of Halladay, North of Adams Street, in cc~sidera- <br />tlon of the payment of $1,000.00, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, NORA A. SCHUESSLER has presented the City a grant deed <br />dated April 21, 1958, conveying Lot 3 of the Greenleaf Tract, as per <br />map, Book 25, Page 49, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, <br />California, in consideration of the payment of $17,500.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City accepts said <br /> <br />deeds and directs Carl J.
