I{ESOLUTION NO. 58-134 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TED A. HOBRAN and INA C. ROBRAN have presented to <br />the City Council a Grant Deed dated May 16, 1958, in consideration <br />of the payment of $10,500.00, conveying property in the City of <br />Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The East 104.00 feet of Lot 4 of "Record of Survey showing <br />Partition of the Estate of Sarah Ac M. Selvidge", in the <br />City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, <br />as per Map filed in Book 3, Page 35 of Record of Surveys, <br />in the office of the County Recorder of said County. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said Deed and Carl J.
