RESOLUTION NO. 58-140 ACCEPTING DEEDS CONVEYING PROPERTY <br />FOR STREET RIGH'~-OF-WAY WHERE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CON- <br />SIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> <br />conveying land for the widening of North Main Street, <br />the deeds are set opposite the names of the grantors: <br /> <br /> Florence M. Alexander, Minnie L. Brownrtdge, <br /> Orris E. Dawson and Alex Brownridge <br /> <br /> Ida M. Gillespie <br /> <br /> Willis V. Harris and Mildred W. Harris <br /> <br /> H. Arthur 0ass and ~ayme E. 0ass <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the following persons have presented to the City deeds <br /> <br /> and the dates of <br /> <br />May 22, <br /> <br />May 19, <br />May 27, <br />May 26, <br /> <br />1958 <br /> <br />1958 <br />1958 <br />1958; <br /> <br />¥~EREAS, Sophie V. Nebeker and Peter A. Nebeker have presented <br /> <br />to the City a grant deed conveying an easement for street purposes over <br />the South 30 feet of Lo~ ]2 of the Highland Street Tract, as per map <br />in Book 6, Page 40 of Miscellaneous Naps in the office of the County <br />Recorder of Orange County, California, for the South one-half of future <br />Brook Street, East of Baker Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being <br />paid by the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ana accepts <br />said deeds, and Carl J.
