RESOLUTION NO. 58-1hl ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS <br />%~;HERE THE CITY IS PA~VING CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~ERBERT N. BAIR and MILDRED O. BAIR have presented <br /> <br />to the City a g~ant deed dated April 1, 1958, conveying the souther- <br />ly 20 feet together with a spandrel corner on a 15-foot radius from <br />the property at the northeast corner of Seventeenth and Baker Streets, <br />in consideration of $2,633.?5, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ANDREW JERALD ANGVICK and EMILY GRACE ANGVICK have <br />presented to the City a grant deed dated May 15, 1958, conveying a <br />spandrel corner on a 15-foot radius from property at the northwest <br />corner of Eleventh and Bristol Streets, in consideration of the <br />payment of $67.00; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City accepts said deeds <br />and directs Carl J.
