RESOLUTION ~0.58-144 <br /> <br />CONCEFdl]2~G PARKING LIF~ITATIONS A~D CURB ~d~K]2~GS IN ~CCORDANCE THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the <br />State of California, Section 1~72, and Section 3201 of the Santa ina Municipal Code, <br />the City Council hereby establishes parking l~m~tations and regulations set forth <br />in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Nn~cipal Code, as follows: <br /> <br /> sEVENTEenTH STRE~ <br /> <br />On both sides of Seventeenth Street, as follows: <br /> <br />from a point 20 feet west of the center line of the Southern Pacific Railroad <br />which is designated Station 7 + 00 to a point 560 feet eas,t of the center line <br />of the Southern Pacific Railroad <br />and said curb along said street shall be painted ~ and the Director of Public Works <br />is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular <br /> <br />meeting held on the 2nd day of <br /> <br />AT lEST: <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORAtIA) <br />COUNTY OR ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />June , 1958. <br /> <br /> I, EBI4A HUNTF~ do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana~ that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced to said <br /> <br />Council at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June , 1958, <br /> <br />and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, t~wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNC~: Royal ~'.
