RESOLUTION NO. 58-146 APPROVING PLAN OF FBw. E~gAYS <br /> AND EXPRESSWAYB F-F---~ ANGELES COUNTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Callfo~nia Legislature has adopted SCR No.26 '~ <br />requesting a study which will provide an overall State-wide plan~ <br />of freeways, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Transportation Engineering Board, <br /> <br />a voluntary organization, has developed a plan of freeways and <br /> <br />expressways overlaying the <br />San Bernardino and Ventura, <br />has studied, and approves; <br /> <br />counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, <br />which the City Council of Santa Aha <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES0~MED that the City Council of <br />Santa Ana hereby endorses and approves said plan Of freeways <br />and expressways as adopted by the Metropolit~ Transportation <br />Engineering Board for submission to the State Department of Public <br />Works, and recommends its adoption for inclusion in the State-wide <br />plan. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1958. <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STAT~ OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY 0F SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA PHJNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council ~' the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolu- <br />tion was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meet- <br />ing held on the 2nd day of June, 1958, and was at said meeting <br />regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCILMEN: RoyalE.
