post a notice for five (5) days on or near the door of the Council <br />Chamber of the City Hall inviting sealed proposals or bids for <br />doing the work ordered and referring to the specifications on file, <br />and to publish a notice inviting such proposals for two (2) days in <br />the "Santa Aha Register", a newspaper published and circulated in <br />the City of Santa Aha, the first of which publications shall be not <br />less than ten (10) days before the date said bids are to be opened. <br /> <br /> SECTION 9. Reference hereby is made to said Resolution <br />of Intention for a description of the work, the assessment district, <br />the bonds to be issued~ and for further particulars. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
