RESOLUTION NO. 58-149 ESTABLISHING THE TRAFFIC FLOW <br />FROM EAST TO ~EST ON TENTH STBV. RT BETWEEN MAIN AND BUSH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing on published notice considering <br />the establishment of Tenth Street, between Main and Bush Streets, as <br />a one-way street with angle parking on both the north and south sides, <br />though the Council finds and determines that a change in the traffic <br />pattern should be considered; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br />approves the diagram of that portion of Tenth Street between Main and <br />Bush Streets, as presented as a tentative or preliminary diagram, with <br />the exception that traffic flow shall be from the East to the West on <br />Tenth Street in said area, and with the exception that the radius on <br />the sidewalk island turn at each end of the parking areas must be in <br />accordance with the requirements of the Department of Public Works <br />of t~is City, and complete plans and specifications to indicate exact <br />locations of structures and the handling of drainage must be submitted <br />to and approved by the Department of Public Works for final approval. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a further study of the traffic <br />pattern westbound on Tenth Street in said area should be made to de- <br />termine whether or not Main Street north of Tenth is wide enough to <br />introduce that portion of said traffic turning to the right on Main <br />Street into the northbound Main Street traffic. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Sm ta Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of June, 1958. / <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~.~ /~, ,,,.' <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City cf Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regul~arly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the lbth day of June, 1958, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> AYES, COUNCIL~EN: Royal E.
