RESOLUTION NO. 58-~54 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHERE CITY IS <br />PAYING CASH <br /> <br /> WHEI~EAS, ~ALPH H. RABER and KATHRYN L. RABER have presented <br />to the City a ~an~ deed dated April 9th, 1958, conveying a street <br />easement over the southerly 20 feet of a 100-foot wide parcel on <br />the North side of Seventeenth Street, running easterly from a point <br />50 feet East of Westwood, in consideration of ~4,000.00; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City accepts said <br />Deed and directs Carl J.
