RESOLUTION NO. 58-155 DECLARING T~E WITHDRAWAL OF CERTAIN TERRITORIES' 'FROM THE "TUSTIN LIGHTING DISTRICT" WHEREAS, heretofore the territory hereinbelow described was annexed to the City of Santa Ana, California, by Ordinance No. NS-269, adopted December 16, 1957 under the name of "First and Tustin W. Annex", so that now all of the real property described hereinbelow is within the limits of the City of S~ta Aha, Cali- fornia, but still remains in the Tustin Lighting District and should be removed therefrom, for the reason that the City of Santa Aha furnishes street and highway lighting to territory within its boundary without the imposition of a special tax or charge there- for, and WHEREAS, on June 9th, 1958, the Orange County Boundary Comm- ission approved the description hereinbelow set out as being reasonably definite and certain for the purpose of the a~nexation from said District. NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all that certain terri- tory within the City of Sma ta Aha, County of Orange, State of California described as: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 15, of the Mabury Tract as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 165, Page 300, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles Count~ California, and running thence southerly along the east line of said Lot 15, and its southerly exten- sion to the south line of First Street (66.00 feet wide); thence easterly along said south line of First Street to the northeast corner of the north half of the west half of Lot E of the Stafford and Tustin Tract as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 2, Page 618, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence souther- ly along the east line of said north half of the west half of Lot E to the southeast corner of said north half of the west half of Lot E; thence Easterly along the south line of the north half of said Lot E to the southeast corner of said North half of Lot E and to the west line of Tustin Avenue (66.00 feet wide) and to the Tustin City boundary; thence North O° 17' 30" West along said west line of Tustin Avenue, and gong said Tustin City boundary 288.75 feet; thence South 89° 28' 10" West parallel to the center line of First Street, and along said Tustin City boundary 170.98 feet to an angle point in said Tustin City boundary; thence North 0° 09' 00" West along said Tustin City.~ound- ary 396.50 feet to the north line of First Street (6b.00 feet wide) and to an angle point in said Tustin City botuud- ary; thence West ~ong the north line of First Street and
