RESOLUTION NO. 58-156 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREE~ENT WITH CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC <br />WO RES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha and the State of California, <br />Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, have agreed upon <br />the installation of highway lighting at the intersections of Edinger <br />Street, St. Andrew Place, and St. Gertrude Place, with State Highway <br />Route VII-Ora-184-SA, which is South Main Street within the City, <br />which said Agreement provides for a sharing of the work and the costs <br />necessary for the installation of said highway lighting, and which <br />said Agreement has been reduced to writing under the title of <br />"Agreement #766", and is presented herewith; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby <br />approves said Agreement and the Mayor ar~ the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana are hereby authorized and directed to ex- <br />ecute the same on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of S~ata <br />ATTEsTAna at:its regular meeting held on the 16th~ _/~~of~~June, ~19~8. ~ <br /> CLEP~K OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFOPdiIA) <br />COUNTY 0PTM ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, RRNA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on <br />the 16th day of June, 1958, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
