and to publish a notice inviting such proposals for two days iu the <br />"Santa Aha Independent", a newspaper published and circulated in <br />the City o£Sauta Ana~ the first of which publications shall be not <br />less than ten days before the date said bids are to be opened. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. Reference hereby is made to said Resolution of <br />Intention for a description of the work, the assessment district, <br />the bonds to be issued, and for further particulars. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
