R0[D~.~0N have de- ~/~ livered to t]~ City a deed dated August 1, 19~8, granting an easement for street purposes on the westerly side of f~ain Street, just north of Roe Drive, and WHEREAS, ~RGAR~T ?~. ~O~R~i$Olihas delivered to the City a deed ~ dated August 1, 1958, [~rantlng mae asement for street purposes on the westerly side of Main Street just north of Roe D~ve, and ~EREAS, HER~E E. deed dated August 7, 1958, on the east side of Olive, '~EREAS, ~IDCO, a deed dated August 7, 1958, TESSTER and CLAIRE L.TE~SIER have presented a conveying an easement for street purposes just north of Russell, and corporation, has presented to tae City a grantT/~ conveying an ease:'~ent for sewer, storm drain and water main purposes over property located in Tract ~!o. 2041, as per map in Book 10~, Pa~es 18, 19, and 20 of l~iscellaneous 2aps, Hecords of 0ranMe County, California, and W[~EREAS, t~e Roman Catholic ~rch Bishop of Los Angeles, a cor- poration sole, has presented to the City a grant deed, dated July i, 1958, conveying an easement for sewer purposes over a portion of Lot 7, in Block K of Tract ~o. 507, as saown on a map thereof recorded in B~ok 20, Pages 11 and 12, Miscellaneous ~[aps, Records of Orange County, such property being located just south of Harvard Street, and ~EREAS, in each of ti~ese cases the ~it~ is paying no cash consideration to the Grantor; NOW, ~HE~d~iFORE, ![E IT P~SOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds and directs Carl J. ~no~ton, the City's design~ted official, to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
