Huston filed Variance Appli- <br />cation No. 1024 wits the Smta Ana Planning Commission requesting <br />permission to repair small electrical applimnces in his garage on the <br />propez~ty hereinbelow referred to, and the Planning Commission forwarded <br />the matter to the City Council, without recommendation; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEreFORE, BE IT RESOLF£D: 5%at after study and consid- <br />eration the City ~ouncil f~nds that the granting of said variance <br />would not be detrimental to other properties in the community, and <br />taat the sate should be granted to apply to the residential property <br />known and numbered as 2~0 ~[est St. Gertrude Place, in $~ta Aha, Cal- <br />ifornia, to permit s~d applicant to use the two-ear garage on his <br /> <br />lot for the purpose of repairing smgll <br />such as shavers, hair clippers, irons, <br />frying pans and vacuum cleaners, on the <br /> <br />electrical household appliances <br />toasters, mixers, blenders, <br /> <br /> followin[t conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. l~at nothing larger than vacuum cle~ers be repaired or <br />worked upon. <br /> <br /> 2.
