RESOLUTION NO. ~-2~ ACCEPTING INDENTURE GRANTING <br />EASE~ENT FOR STREET PURPOSES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Pacific Electric Railroad Company, a California <br /> <br />Corporation, has ~ esented to the City an Indenture dated August 27, <br /> City permission to constr~ct and maintain a <br /> right-of-way for Evergreen Street and Halladay <br /> <br />1958, granting to the <br />street across private <br />Street; <br /> <br /> NOW, <br />Indenture, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City accepts said <br />directs the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council to execute <br />the same on behalf of the City, and directs Carl J.
