RESOLUTION NO. 58-235 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYI'NG NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, W. GRACE ROBERTSON, et al, have presented to the <br /> <br />City a deed dated September 25, 1958, conveying an easement for the <br />widening of North Main Street on the East side across the frontage <br />of the third lot South of Fourteenth Street, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, S. NITTA and SONS have presented to the City a deed <br />dated August 29, 19~8, granting an easement for drainage purposes <br />~unning southerly from Fai~view Avenue west of Douglas Streets, and <br /> <br /> WHEF&~AS, in each of said cases the City is paying no cash con- <br /> sideration to said Grantors; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City accepts said deeds <br />and Carl J.
