RESOLUTION NO. 58-249 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAttING CASH Cb'NSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CLEO NEAL SHARP has presented to the City a deed <br /> <br />granting fee title to Lots 4, 5 and 6 of the "Greenleaf Tract", as <br />per Map, Book 25, Page 49 of Miscellaneous Records, Los Angeles. County, <br />in consideration of the p~ment of $65,000, $30,000 of which has been <br />paid outside of escrow, together with $2~0 as adjusted rent for the <br />month of July, 1958, which was agreed upon to obtain immediate posses- <br />sion of said property, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HELMER L. ENGELSTAD and PEARL ENGELSTAD have presented <br /> <br />to t~e City a deed granting fee title to the South 1.5 feet, Lot 4, <br /> <br />and the North 48.5 feet, Lot 3, George W. Ford's Addition to Santa <br /> <br />Ana, as per Map, Book 2%, Page 62, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br />County, California, in consideration of the payment of $11,250.00, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CHARLES E. MITJ.~.R and LEONA F. MILLER have p~esented <br /> <br />to the City a deed granting an easement for street purposes over the <br />westerly 10 feet of Lot 5 and the Southerly 45 feet of Lot 4, together <br />with a spandrel co~ner on a 15-foot radius at the Southwest corner <br />of said Lot 5, all of Tract No. 271, as per Map in Book 14, Page 9, <br />Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, Califo~nia, excepting <br />those portions previously dedicated for street purposes, in consid- <br />oration of the ps~ment of $1,574.67. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds <br />and Carl J.
