RESOLUTION NO. 58-265 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI~ OF THE CITT OF <br />SANTA ANA CHANGING THE WORK PROPOSED TO BE DONE IN <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, by Resolution No. 58-11 of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha, certain specifications entitled "Specifications <br />for Street Improvements in Assessment District No. 197" and plan <br />No. AD197 were approved and adopted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 58-15 of said City Council, said <br />City Council declared its intention to order the work done as de- <br />scribed iu said resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEHEAS, the City Council has been advised by the Director of <br />Public Works of said city, certain changes in said specifications, <br />plans, and work should be made; <br /> <br /> NO~, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE Ci'TY OF SANTA ANA DOE~ <br />RESOLVEAS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That said City Council hereby proposes to <br />change the work described iu said plans and specifications and the <br />work described and set forth in said Resolution No. 58-15 as here- <br />inafter set forth: <br /> <br /> A. Said work shall be changed by modifying said plans as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> (1) There shall be deleted from Sheet 9 the <br /> culverts shown at Station 4 e 89.3 on <br /> Adams Street, and Station 4 + 29 on Adams Street; <br /> <br /> (2) Sheet No. 20 shall be modified by showing a <br /> straight grade between Stations 3 + 85 to <br /> 6 + O0 ou Adams Street; <br /> <br /> (3) There shall be deleted from Sheet 6 the cul- <br /> vert at Station 12 v 12 on Central Avenue; <br /> <br /> (4) Sheet No. 20 shall be modified to show there- <br /> ou a straight grade between Station l0 + 68 <br /> to 13 + O0 on Central Avenue; <br /> <br /> (5) There shall be deleted from Sheet 6 the cul- <br /> vert shown at Station 12 + 50 on Central Avenue. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
