RESOLUTION NO. 5§-271 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA ORDERING CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS IN THOSE <br />PROCEEDINGS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF ST. ANDREW <br />PLACE INSTITUTED PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 58-139 <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 58-247, declared <br />its intention to order certain modifications in those proceedings <br />for the improvement of St. Andrew Place and other streets as such <br />proceedings were instituted pursuant to Resolution No. 58-139; and <br /> <br /> h~HEREAS, said Resolution No. 58-247 duly and legally was pub- <br />lished as required by law, and notice of the intention to order <br />said proposed modificatiormduly has been given; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a hearing has been held thereon by said City Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to said modifica- <br />tions have been filed by any interested person and no oral objections <br />or protests thereto have been made to the said City Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the provisions of Sections <br />5231-5235 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cali- <br />fornia, said City Council declares that it has acquired Jurisdiction <br />to order the modifications proposed in said Resolution No. 58-247 <br />and hereby orders and directs that said modifications and each of <br />them as specifically set forth in said Resolution No. 58-247 be <br />made. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
