BE IT ~JRTHER RESOLVe): That the 15th d~y of December, 1958, at the ho~r of 7:30 o'clock p.m. on said day, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 3rd and Main Streets, in the City of Santa Aha, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing ail persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation of those portions of streets and alleys herein described; that the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with this street vacation under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, Part 3, Division 9, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; and That the Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to publish this Resolution in the m~n~e~ presaribed by law for the publishing of Ordinances of the City, mud the Director of Public W~rks is hereby ordered to post conspicuously along the lines of si1 portions of streets and alleys herein proposed to he vacated, at least 10 days before the date of said hearing, notices sta~tng the passage of this Resolution of Intention and the time ~-~ place of hearing; such notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet ~part and at least 3 shall be posted along said street herein proposed to be vacatede PAS~ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular Cler~ of the Council A.
