RESOLUTION NO. 58-280 <br /> <br /> CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB ~LARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the <br /> State of California, Section 472~ and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, <br /> the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth <br /> in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municpal Code, as follows: <br /> <br /> ~OUTH BAKER STREET <br /> <br />On the west side of Baker Street between Edinger St. and St. Andrew Place, as follows: <br /> <br /> South 175 feet of the north 261 feet <br /> <br />shall be designated as a "Bus Loading Zone" and said curb along said street shall be <br />painted RED, and the Uirector of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the said <br />curb~ to be painted as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehilce Code of <br />the State of Califorhia, Section No. 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations as set <br />forth in Section 3215 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows: <br /> <br /> SOUTH BAKER STREET <br /> <br />On the west side of Baker Street between Edinger St. and St. Andrew Place, as follows: <br /> <br /> South 66 feet of the north 86 feet <br /> <br />and said curb along said street shall be painted (~EE..._.N and shall bear a legened in <br />white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall be <br />twenty-four (24) minutes, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to <br />cause said curb to be painted as next hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting <br /> <br />held on the 3rd day of November <br /> ,,, , 1958. <br /> <br />ATTEST, <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> I, ERMA HUNTER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha; that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced to said Council at its <br />regular meeting held on the .. 3rd day of November , 1958, and was at said meeting <br />regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, <br /> <br />AYES, <br />NOES, <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN* Royal E.
