That notice hereby is given that on the 1st <br />day of ~cemher , 1958, at 7:30 o!clock P.M. any person interested <br />in the proceedings referred to iu said Resolution No. 58-129, the <br />said resolution referring to the improvement of Daisy Avenue and <br />other streets within the city as set forth in said resolution, by <br />the grading, preparing of subgrade, paving with plantmix surface, <br />construction of concrete curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks and <br />driveway aprons, and appurtenant work thereto, as set forth in said <br />resolution, having any objections to the changes proposed herein <br />may appear before said City Council and show cause why said changes <br />should not be ordered, and any person interested may file written <br />objections to the proposed changes with the Clerk of the Council <br />at any time not later than the time set for hearing. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council hereby is directed <br />to publish this resolution in the "Santa Aha Register" at least <br />once, the first publication to be at least ten (10) days prior to <br />the date of the above public hearing. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
