RESOLUTION N0.58-301 CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: BE IT RESOLVED That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section 471.1, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code of the City of Santa Ana, the City Council hereby declares the following named intersection within the City of Santa Ana hereinafter described to be a "Yield Right of Way" intersection, to-wit: HALLADAY STREET At the intersection of Beverly Place and Halladay Street that a "Yield Right of Way" sign be erected at the above intersection, directing traffic on Beverly Place to yield to traffic on Halladay Street; and the.Ditector of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be erected as hereinabove described. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of the '/ehicle Coder of the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows: BEVERLY PLACE On the north side of Beverly Place between Halladay Street and Cedar Street, as follows; West 32 feet On the south side of Beverly Place between Halladay Street and Cedar Street, as follows: West 32 feet On the north side of Beverly Place between Halladay Street and Hickory Street, as follows: East 27 feet On the south side: of Beverly Place-between Halladay Street and Hickory street, as follows: East 27 feet HALLADAY STREET On the east side of Halladay Street between Beverly Place and McFadden Street, as follows: North 24 feet On the west side of Halladay Street between Beverly Place and McFadden Street, as follows: North 24 feet On the east side of Halladay Street between Beverly Place and Bishop Street, as follows: South 30 feet On the west side of Halladay Street between Beverly Place and Wakeham Street, as follows: South 30 feet
