RESOLUTION N0, 58'304 CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant of the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa r`.na Municipal Code, the City declares that portion of Resolution No. 2484, adopted on the 5th day of October, 1936, and ordering the curb painted RED, as follows: y EIGHTH STREET On the north side of Church Street between Broadway and Sycamore, as follows: The west 4 feet of the east 20 feet is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be remc,ved or covered. BE I7 FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant of the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth in Section 3218 of the Santa .Ana Municipal Code, as follows: EIGHTH STREET On the north side of Eighth Street between Broadway and Sycamore,as follows: West 30 feet of the east 46 feet and said curb along said street shall be painted yellow and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as next hereinabove described. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the lst day of December , 1958.
