<br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIOi1 OF AN EASEPJIETJT DEED
<br />TO THE COUNTY OF ORAJGE OF NECESSARY RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE
<br />EDINGER STREET BRIDGE
<br />WHEREAS, the County of Orange is perfecting plans for the con-
<br />struction of a bridge across the Santa Ana River and Edinger Street
<br />and desires the grant of an easement therefor from the City of Santa
<br />Ana, and the City concurs in the recognition of the need for the con-
<br />struction of said proposed bridge;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City authorizes the
<br />grant of easement for street and highway purposes across property
<br />standing in the City~s name, described as a portion of Parcel A in
<br />said easement deed, and the P~?ayor and the Clerk of the Council are
<br />hereby directed to execute that certain easement deed to the County of
<br />Orange conveying the City~s interest in that certain property at the
<br />intersection of Edinger Street and the Santa Ana River, described as:
<br />PARCEL A: Beginning at a point in the north line of the south-
<br />west one-quarter (SW~) of the northwest one-quarter (IJ~N4) of
<br />Section 22, T. 5 S., R. 10 W., as shown on a sectionalized sur-
<br />vey map recorded in Book 51, Pa---.e 12, Miscellaneous °vIaps,
<br />Records of Orange County, California, being a portion of the
<br />Rancho Las Bolsas, said point being 575.C0 feet east as measured
<br />along said north line from the northwest corner of said south-
<br />west one-quarter (SW~); thence, north., a distance of )}0.00 feet;
<br />thence, east, a distance of 120.00 feet; thence, iv. 45° E., to
<br />the intersection of a line that is parallel with and 9U.00 feet
<br />no r.therly, as measured at right angles, from said north line;
<br />thence, east along said parallel line, a distance of 250.00 feet;
<br />thence, S. 45° E. to the intersection of a line that is parallel
<br />with and 60.00 feet northerly, as measured at right angles, from
<br />said north line; thence, east along said last mentioned parallel
<br />line, a distance of 105.00 feet; thence, south, a distance of
<br />10.00 feet, to the intersection of a line that is parallel with
<br />and 50.00 feet northerly, as measured at right angles, from said
<br />north lire; thence, east along said last mentioned parallel line,
<br />a distance of 570.00 feet; thence, southeasterly to a point on a
<br />line that is at right angles to said north line said right angle
<br />line being 1 75.00 feet east of t)e point of beginning, said
<br />point being }0.00 feet north of said north line; thence, east
<br />along a line that is parallel with and 40.00 feet northerly, as
<br />measured at right angles, from said north line, a distance of
<br />350.OO.feet; thence, south, a distance of 40.00 feet, to said
<br />north line; thence, west along said north line, a distance of
<br />1725.00 feet, to the point of beginning.
