RESOLUTIOlQ N0. 58_309 AUTHORIZING E~CECUTION OF A DYED TRANSFERRING CITY-O'v`v11ED PkOPERTY FURi?IrIkLY USED AS THE CITY DUIvIP SITE WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council determined the desira- bility of disposing of property adjacent to the westerly bank of the Santa Ana River between Edinger Street and Smeltzer Avenue, which had for many years been used as a City dump area, and pub- lished notice inviting bids; and WHE:dEAS, at the regular Council meeting held on December 1, 1958, written and oral bids wer°e submitted, and, after call for further bids and none being received, the P~iayor declared said prop- erty sold to ~'oun&'s Turkey Ranch, Inc., the highest bidder, in the amotnt of ";30,750.00, and said bidder then submitted a written state- ment; of his bid, together with cash and Cashier's check totaling ~';3,075.00, cash. deposit on said bid; and WHEREAS, Young's Turkey Ranch, Inc. has placed in escrow for delivery to the City a direction and request that the City execute a grant deed granting said property to the grantees he reinbelow set out. iVOW, THliPti'FO ~iE, 3E IT RESOLVED: 1^ha t the P4ayo r and the C le rk of the Council are hereby; directed to execute and deliver through said escrow, for aid on behalf of tie Cit r of San to Ana, a grant deed granting to Bernard J.
