RESOLUTION NO. %9~1 ' <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF DAISY AVENUE AND OTHER STREW. TS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment for the improvement of Daisy Avenue and <br />other streets, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 58-129, was <br />filed in the office of the Clerk of the Council of said city on <br />December 10, 1958; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have been in <br />accordance with law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing on said assessment was held on Janu- <br />ary 5, 1959, and there were no written objections, protests, or <br />appeals thereto or therefrom; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />RESOLVEAS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the assessment and diagram for the im- <br />provement of Daisy Avenue and other streets, under Resolution of <br />Intention No. 58-129, be, and the same hereby is, confirmed and <br />approved. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That the Street Superintendent shall forthwith <br />attach a warrant, bearing the date of this order, to said assess- <br />ment. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
