e e A-2003-046 SERVICE AGREEMENT THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT, A-2003-046, is entered into on March 17,2003, by and between Motorola, Inc. ("Motorola") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"). ,s; ~.~ ~ .. ; .::::t- RECITALS: ~, <<. c~ . _C; C-~' ~. {'" A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A 2002-038, dated April I, 2002, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Motorola has provided maintenance and repair service for City's vehicle radio network controller. B. The parties wish to renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties agree as follows: I. Motorola and City agree to renew said Agreement for one year, beginning April 1 , 2003 and ending March 31, 2004. 2. Motorola shall continue to perform those services and accept payment as set forth in said Agreement. The total sum to be expended under this Agreement shall not exceed $33,000.00 during the term of this Agreement. 3. Motorola shall maintain and shall require its subcontractors, if any, to maintain professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance, with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 per claim.
