RE~OLDWf ION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLU~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA AHA PROPOSING THE CHANGE 0F WORK TO BE DONE <br />IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. ~O3 <br /> <br /> WHEBEAS, by Resolution No. 58-163 of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha, certain plans, being Plan No. AD 203, were <br />approved and adopted, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 58-175 of said city council, said <br />city council declared its intention to do the work as described in <br />said resolution and in accordance with said plans, and <br /> <br /> W!~EREAS, the City Council has been advised by the Director of <br />Public Works of said city that certain changes in said plans and <br />work should be made, <br /> <br /> NO~, THEREFORE, THE C~Tf COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F SANTA ANA DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That said City Council hereby proposes to <br />change the work described in said plans and the work described and <br />set forth in said Resolution No. 58-175 as hereinafter set forth. <br />The number in the lefthand column under "Parcel No." shall desig- <br />nate the location of the change as shown on said plans.
