RESOLUTION NO. 59-11 CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS A~E) CURB ~ARKINGS IN AC~fRDANGE TH~REWITH~ BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section 472~ and Section 3~01 of the Santa Aha ~nlcipal Code, the City Council declares that portion of Resolution No. 56-336, adopted on the 17th day of December, 1956, and ordering the curb painted RED, as follows~ J~IAIN STREET On the East side of Main Street between Second Street and Third Street, as foliows, South 6 feet of the north 86 feet and that portion of EesoIution No. 55-227, adopted on the 15th day of August, i9§5, and ordering the curb painted R~ as foilows~ TH]RD STREET On the south side of Third Street between Sycamore Street and Main Street, as follows: East 15 feet of the we~t 211 feet East 15 feet of the west 249 feet are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that p~rsuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha ~nicipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha ~unicipal Code, as follows~ MAIN SIREET On the east side of Main Street between Second Street and Third Street, as follows~ South 20 feet On the west side of Main Street between Second Street and Third Street, as follows~ South 28 feet On th~ west side of Main Street between First Street and Second Street, as follows~ Nmrth 34 feet THIRD STREET On the south side of Third Street between ~ain Street and Sycamore Street, as follows~ East 8 feet West 8 feet of the east 54. feet
