RESOLUTION NO. 59-1~ <br /> <br />CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS A~D CURB ~KINGS IN ACCCRDANCE THEREWITHI <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State <br /> <br />of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa ~na ~nictpal Code, the City Council <br />declares that portion of Resolution No. 2484~ adopted on the 5th day of October~ 1936, <br />and ordering the curb painted RED, as follows: <br /> <br /> ~tAIN STREET <br /> <br />On the west side of Main Street between Fifth Street and Sixth Street, as follows: <br /> <br /> North 30 feet of the south 70 feet <br /> <br />are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed <br /> <br />to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicie Code of the <br />State of California, Section 472, and Section 320I of the Santa Ana ~unicipai Code, the <br />City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and reguIations set forth in Section <br />3213 of the Santa Aaa ~unicipaI Code, as foliows: <br /> <br /> MAIN STREET <br /> <br />On the west side of Main Street between Fifth Street and Sixth Street, as follows: <br /> <br /> North 80 feet <br /> <br />East side of Main Street between Sixth Street and Seventh Street, as foIiows: <br /> <br /> South 78 feet <br /> <br />shall be designated as a "Bus Loading Zone" and said curb along sa~d street shall be <br />painted R.~_~, and the Director of P~blic Works is hereby directed to cause the said <br />curb to be painted as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aaa at its regular meeting <br /> <br />held on the ~th day of JaauarF <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFC~NIA) <br />COUNTY OF (RANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />, 1959. <br /> <br /> I, E~MA HUNT~R, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of the City <br />of Santa Aha; that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced to aaid Council at <br />its regular meeting held on the ~th day of Jan~ar~ , 1959, and was <br />at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES: COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />NOES~ COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />ABSENT, COUNCII~EN: <br /> <br />(SE ) <br /> <br />Royal E.
