RESOLUTION NO. ~9~18 <br /> <br />CONGF~RNING PARKING LIMITATIONS A~D CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE IH~REWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, Section 47~, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana ~nicipal Code, <br />the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and re~Qlations set forth in <br />Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code,as follows: <br /> <br /> LACY STREET <br /> <br />On the west side of Lacy Street between First Street and Second Street, as follows: <br /> <br /> North 8 feet <br /> <br />and said curb along said street shall be painted R~D, a~d the Director of Public Works <br />is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVSD that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the <br />State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha ~nicipal Code, <br />the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth in <br />Section 3218 of the San~a Aha Municipal Code, as follows: <br /> <br /> LACY STREET <br /> <br />On the west side of Lacy Street between First Street and Second Street, as follows: <br /> <br /> South 25 feet of the north 109 feet <br /> <br />and said curb along said street shall be painted YELLOW a~d the Director of P~jblic <br />Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as next hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting <br /> <br />held on the 19th day of Janua~' , 1959. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />MAYOR / <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTN~R, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of the City <br />of Santa Aha; that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced to said Council <br />at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of Janua~ .. , 1959, <br />and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />COUNGIL~EN: Royal E.
