WHEREAS, ANTHONY and MARY TU~IILLO have delivered to the City a deed dated January 15, 1959, conveying an easement for street pur- poses on the easterly side of North Mat~n_.Street, North of 20th Street, and T,EE and LEONISE BOYLE~ have delivered to the City a deed dated ~ January 20, 1959, conveying an easement for street purposes on the easterly side of Main Street, South of Ninth Street; and WHEREAS, RUTH A. and THEODORE D. MacBI~R~D_~have delivered to c~ the City a deed dated January 22nd, 1959, conveying an easement for a covered drainage structure over a portion of Lot~l in Tract No. 26~4~, and JOHN B. KILROY and LONG BEACH LEASING CORPORATION have . ~ delivered to the City a deed dated January 9, 1959, conveying an easement for drainage purposes in Tract No. 2650, and a further deed dated January 9, 1959, conveying an easement for drainage purposes Against other portions of Tract No. 2650; and WHEREAS, HONER DEVELOP~ENT COMPANY, a Corporation, and ALLISON HONER, a Co-partnership, have delivered to the City a deed dated January 26, 1959, granting an easement for the constmction and main- tenance of a water line against a portion of Ho~n~.~r ~Plaza; and WHEREAS, CLARA EDITH VOSE has delivered to the City a deed dated January 28, 1959, granting an easement for street purposes at the Southwest corner of Bristol and Memory Lane providing street right of way along each of said streets; and WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without the City's paying cash consideration for the same, and the deed from C~ara Edith Vose is delivered to correct an error contained in the description of a street easement deed ~eretofore recorded in Book 4541, Page 500, of Official Records of Orange County, California. NOW, ~E~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City,s designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
