BK 16 PG 431 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59-24 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGBk~U~ENT <br />%~H ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT APPROVING MODIF- <br />ICATION OF CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF GREENVILLE-BANNING <br />CHANNEL (PROJECT D-3) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 13, 1958, Orange County Flood Control <br />District awarded a contract for the construction of Greenville- <br />Banning Channel (Project D-3) between Gisler Avenue and Delhi Road, <br />and it is now determined that certain provisions of said contract <br />should be modified, some of which modifications affect streets <br />within the City of Ss~ta Ana; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />hereby approves the modifications set out on that certain document <br />entitled "Agreement", prepared by Orange County Flood Control District <br />and submitted to said City for approval and execution, m~d the Vice <br />Mayor and the Cle nk of the Council are directed to execute said <br />Agreement for the City of Sauta Aha, and to show the date of February <br />2nd, 1959, to the left of the Vice Mayor's signature, as the date of <br />and execution of said Agreement. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of~eb~ary, 1959. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF ~Hdz COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIF0~IA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ~ARION SUTTA~, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of S~ ta Aha; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 2nd day of February, 1959, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCILMEN: RoyalE.
