BK 16 Pg 433 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59-27 <br /> <br />request of <br />M~W Bus Lin~s <br /> <br />CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS A~ CURB Nb~RKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the <br />State of California, Section 472, and Section 3~01 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, the City declares that portion of Resolution 58-252, adopted on the 6th day <br />of October, 1958, and ordering the curb painted red as follows~ <br /> <br />SECOI~ STREET <br /> <br />meeting held on the 2nd <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />On the north side of Second Street between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street, <br /> <br />as followsl <br /> <br /> East 60 feet of the west 94 feet <br /> <br />is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby <br />directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code <br />of the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and <br />regulations as set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as <br />follows~ <br /> <br /> BUSH STREET <br /> <br />West side of Bush Street between Third Street and Fourth Street, as follows~ <br /> <br /> North 93 feet of the south 122 feet. <br /> <br />shall be designated as a "Bus Leading Zone" and said curb along said street <br />shall be painted RED, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed <br />to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED A~D ADOPTED BY the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular <br /> <br /> day of Februa-'7 1959. <br /> <br /> .~Vice Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
