RESOLUTION NO. 59-31 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION <br />NO. 1060 WHERE PLANNING COMMISSION HECOM~NDED DENIAL, <br />AND IMPOSING CONDITIONS ON THE GRANTING THEREOF <br /> <br />c: Planning <br />c: ~e=~lution to <br /> Frieda Belinfante <br /> 2-2~-59 <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, heretofore Frieda ~filed an application <br />for variance, and after due notice md hearing as required by law, <br />the Planning Commission recomr~ended to the City Council that said <br />variance be denied; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after consideration the City Council finds that all <br />the conditions for the granting of a variance are adequately met <br />and that said variance should be granted, with the imposition of cer- <br />t~in conditions; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a variance is hereby <br />granted on Application No. 1060 affecting certain property known <br />and numbered as 418 South Bristol Street, Santa Ana, California, <br />described as: A lot being 121.70 feet x 136 feet in the northeast <br />quarter of Section 14, Township 5, Range l0 West, S. B. B. & M,, <br />located at the northwest cor~er of Myrtle and Bristol Streets in <br />the City of Sm ta Aha, which property is presently zoned R-2 District, <br />to allow the use of the building thereon for a music studio for the <br />teaching of classes and individuals in instrumental music, on the <br />conditions as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the owners dedicate the southerly 30 feet of said <br />property, being measured northerly from the center line of Myrtle <br />Street and at right angles thereto, and dedicate a spandrel therein <br />at the corner of Myrtle ~d Bristol on a 15 foot radius, for street <br />purposes, and dedicate all access right along the Bristol Street <br />frontage of said property. <br /> <br /> 2. That no musical instruments be played upon the property <br />after the hour of l0 P.~on any da~ or before the hour of 8 A. M. <br />of any day. <br /> <br /> 3. That fourteen off-street parking stalls be provided on <br />said property. <br /> <br /> 4- That standard sidewalk be placed along the north side of <br />the right of way hereinabove provided to be dedicated on the north <br /> <br /> <br />
