Bk 16 Pg 448 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59-46 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF SIXTH STREET AND HAWLEY STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment for the improvement of Sixth Street <br />and Hawley Street, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 58-175, <br />was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Council of said city <br />on January 20, 1959; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have been in <br />accordance with law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at a public hearing ou said assessment, which hear- <br />ing was held on March 2, 1959, all written objections, protests, <br />and appeals thereto or therefrom were heard and considered by the <br />City Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANADOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the assessment and diagram for the im- <br />provement of Sixth Street and Hawley Street, under Resolution of <br />Intention No. 58-175, be, and the same hereby is, confirmed and <br />approved. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That all protests and objections of every <br />kind or nature to said assessment and all appeals therefrom to <br />said City Council be, and the same hereby are, overruled and denied. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. That the Street Superintendent shall forth- <br />with attach a warrant, bearing the date of this order, to said as- <br />sessment. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
