Bk 16 Pg ~8 RESOLUTION NO. 59-47 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING NO CAS~H CONSIDERATION WHEREAS, THOMAS M. ~ and to the City a deed dated February 17, line easement in an unnamed street in Tentative Tract No. 2762; and WHEREAS, CLEMENT L. McFARLA _ND and SELMA A. McFARLAND have de- livered to the City a deed dated February 17, 19~9, conveying a lO- fTC; foot water line easement in ~ unnamed street in Tentative Tract No. 2762; and WHEREAS, JVJLIA HINRICHS PRETZER~, formerly Julia Hinrichs, has delivered to t~e City a deed dated February 17, 1959, conveying a 10-f~> foot water line easement in an unns~ed street in Tentative Tract No. 2762; and WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being paid to said grantors by the City; NOW, THEREFOV~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of &cceptance on said deeds.
