RESOLUTION NO. 59-51 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEED QUITCLAIMING CERTAIN VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS TO ALLOW FOR DRIVEWAY LOCATION WHEREAS, heretofore the owner of certain property dedicated to the City of Santa Arm all vehicular access rights over certain portions of frontage, and the owners now desire to construct certain commercial establishments which will require driveways for rights of ingress and egress which the City agrees is reasonable and de- s irable; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council a~el hereby instructed to execute for and on behalf of the City a quitclaim deed, quttclaiming to Red Star Builders, Inc., a corporation, the rights described as: All vehicular access rights from the lands lying West of the West line of that property described in the deed from the Orange County Development Company..to the City of Ssa ta Ana recorded July 5, 1957, in Book 3964, Page 132, Official Records of Orange County, California; to Bristol Street over those portions of said property as follows: (a) over the northerly 25.00 feet; (b) over the southerly 20.00 feet of the northerly 121.78 feet, and to deliver the same to said Red Star Builders, Inc. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Sauta Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of March, 1959.
